The Bar Program · Est. 2009

Thirty-eight original drinks,
one house signature,
and a Havana night that
lingers well past last call.

Built from aged Cuban rum, hand-pressed tropicals, and nine years of a resident timba orchestra on the next stage. The cocktail program at Timba Social Club has earned "Best Cocktail Program" at the Caribbean Hospitality Awards in 2022 and 2024 — and the menu was shaped by Yaima Rodríguez, named Bartender of the Year by the Cuban Bartenders Guild in 2023.

The House Signature

Chancleta — order one before the band warms up.

Nine months of tasting trials went into our house signature: aged Havana Club, pressed guava, cassia bark, lime oil, and a single saline drop. Stirred for forty turns and served up, no garnish other than the glass's own chill. It has outsold every other drink on the menu for three consecutive years — the one cocktail to remember when you arrive.

The Full Program

Browse thirty-eight originals, four ways.

Every cocktail on our list is built behind the same mahogany bar — rum-forward classics alongside agave builds, tropical fruit constructions, and a quietly serious zero-proof column. Pick a column that fits the night you're planning.

A program with a person behind it

"Cuban rum is a generous ingredient — it forgives almost anything. So our job at the bar isn't to hide it. It's to set a tempo that matches the orchestra: bold, sometimes sweet, never dull, and always finished before the last note fades. Thirty-eight originals isn't a wish list. It's a working library built by trial — every drink on this menu has been tasted forty times before it reaches the guest."
