“A Chancleta at the bar, Los Hermanos Mendoza on stage, and the room leaning in like we were all in on something. The first night I came as a tourist — every night after, as a local.”

Before you reserve

A concierge note, not terms & conditions.

Six answers to the questions our team hears most at the door. If yours isn't here, the hotline is answered 364 days a year.

  1. When do the bands play?

Three sets every night: 7:00 pm (dinner), 9:30 pm (prime, full orchestra), and a late set after midnight Friday and Saturday. Timba, son cubano, and Latin jazz rotate through the week — full schedule lives on Tonight's Lineup.

  2. Is there a dress code?

Smart casual. Linen shirts, sandals welcome, no swimwear or sportswear. Think Havana salon, not beach club — we want you relaxed, not overdressed.

  3. Are you open on Cuban holidays?

Yes — 364 days a year, including most national holidays. The only nights we close are January 1 and a single maintenance evening in late September, both announced a month ahead on our social channels.

  4. How do I pay?

Cuban pesos (cash), major foreign currencies, and Visa/Mastercard issued outside the US. For groups of 8+ we can take a small deposit by bank transfer or international card to hold the table.

  5. Can I walk in?

Always — the bar and a third of the floor are kept unsold for walk-ins. Weekends sell out by 9 pm, so a reservation is the only way to guarantee a table.

  6. We're a group of 8 or more.

Send the email below with your date, headcount, and any occasion. Our private events team handles set menus, pre-paid cocktails, and bilingual MCs in-house.
